How do I place an order?
Our products can be accessed on every page in the website on the top and left hand menu bars. Select an item you want to buy by clicking the "Add to Cart" button beside or below each item. Then, follow the instructions in the shopping cart; you can continue shopping as long as you like before checking out. You can place an order with Visa and MasterCard, PayPal or by Check/Money Order.

What is your Return Policy?
Defective Merchandise: All merchandise is 100% guaranteed.  If any item is defective, the item(s) may be returned, exchanged, or a credit will be issued.  Items must be unworn and returned within 10 days of the date they were received at the location.  Regular wear and tear is not considered defective. Sizing:  For sizing please see the sizing chart above to ensure your proper size when ordering. All sizing will be men’s sizes unless the product specifically states that the item is a women’s product. Please see the children’s chart for proper sizing also. Choosing the correct size is your responsibility and will not be returnable.  Please use the charts available. If your name, i.e "Mary Smith" (example), is embroidered on the garment, it is not returnable.

At YourHorse Logo, we are committed to providing our customers with a secure shopping environment. Encryption is based on the mathematical scrambling and unscrambling of messages. The type of encryption we use assigns two keys - one is a public key and one is a private key. When you send us a message, you use our public key to encrypt your message. Once we receive your encrypted message, we use the private key to decode it. The same key cannot both encrypt and decrypt information. So, information encrypted using the private key can only be decrypted using the public key, and vice versa- ensuring the security of your information.

This technology, together with our other security measures, protects your personal information as it moves from your computer to our server. What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the web?

If you prefer, you can send a money order or check by mail. Your order will be shipped after your check/money order has been received by YourHorseLogo.

Will YourHorseLogo disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Where do I send my check or money order?
YourHorseLogo accepts checks denominated in US dollars as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a US bank, have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. How long will it take to get my order?

It will usually take anywhere from 5-7 business days to receive your order.
